For 16 years I have been, and continue to be dedicated in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of clinical settings, providing services in outpatient mental health, schools, residential treatment, and the judicial system.
My professional experience includes serving as a high school therapist, working closely with students, families, and school staff to address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns. I have also provided mental health services within diverse communities, including rural Montana and Idaho Falls, Idaho, giving me a deep appreciation for the unique strengths and challenges that different communities face. Additionally, I served as a Mental Health Court therapist in the Coeur d'Alene area, supporting individuals involved in the justice system through treatment, accountability, and recovery. As a State Clinical Supervisor, I am passionate about mentoring clinicians and promoting high standards of ethical and effective clinical practice.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and individualized, recognizing that no single approach works for everyone. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and other evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I believe that meaningful change occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, adolescent and teen concerns, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change.

Our approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
