Admissions Process
Eligible Clients
Mountaintop Behavior Health is currently taking boys ages 8-18 years of age. Mountaintop is a State and Privately funded Program. Clients that join us before the age of 18 are eligible to stay to continue their education. Mountaintop is a transitional (step-down) program and potential clients should be able to handle the responsibility that comes with that.
First Step
Please reach out to our admissions team at admissions@mountaintopbehaviorhealth.com where you will be connected with both our Clinical Director, Katrina Underdahl and CEO, Jason Underdahl. Please fill out the prescreening questions and include it in your email. The prescreening questions are available through the button below via dropbox.
Second Step
After reviewing the prescreening questions we will email you to discuss the case further. Additionally, there will be admissions paperwork to determine further eligibility separate from the prescreener as we want to ensure that Mountaintop is the appropriate placement for each child.
Final Step
Our final step is to do a video call with the child. This meeting will include the Clinical Director, Katrina Underdahl and CEO, Jason Underdahl. We will discuss with the child about our program and expectations. We believe that it is important to have buy in from our clients before we approve them into our program. Once a Client is approved we will complete the entrance paper work and coordinate the clients entrance date and other program specifics.
